Sarah Waters is an editorial style portrait photographer based in Spray, Oregon. She works around the state, in Portland and Bend and photographs clients in different parts of the US. It is in Eastern Oregon where she's renovating a historic garage, creates studio portrait work, and hosts small intimate retreats.
